Just a little bit about us....
Our Business
This business actually began in 1997 as Tara Literary Agency. I have worked with a number of authors and editors in the publishing industry.
I realized I wanted to be a Publisher when I was pitching manuscripts to an Editor of a major publishing house back in 1998. The editor had to step out of the room for a moment to retrieve some copies from the printer.
I recall looking out the window over the streets of New York and I simply breathed a prayer that one day I could also help bring quality reading material to the public.
The Editor returned to the room and made a deal with me on all of the manuscripts on the table. That day, my heart and views of what I wanted my company to be known for in the realm of publishing changed. I realized the need for more materials about how to live a changed life for Christ.
I knew it would take time for the publishing side to launch. I had no idea it would take 12 years to bring the company to what it is today.
I look forward to sharing some awesome titles with you this year!

About the Publisher
B Austell, CEO of the Simply B Publishing Group (a division of Simply B). has been around the publishing block a time or two since 1997. Having served as a literary agent, copy editor, book cover designer, and blurb/back jacket writer, her heart has always been to minister to others via verbal and written word. The goal of the Simply B company is to offer life-changing materials.The company offers Christian Publishing, Coaching, Consulting, and Training for writers around the world. The first book to launch from the children's ministry line is authored by ten almost eleven years old, Evan Kimes of Columbia, TN. The words were brought to life by the illustrating talents of mother and son team - Fran Barbour and Steve Austell. The book was released on March 22nd. B also Co-Pastors His House of Hope Community Church in Lebanon, Tn with her husband Steve Austell. It is a church plant of His House A.G. in Spring Hill, TN. Together, they also manage Change for Jesus Ministries, a 501(c)3 non - profit organization geared toward coaching and teaching of basic life skills as well as training and equipping volunteers to serve the homeless; foster kids who have aged out of the foster care system, and the Rehab Center. Projects include Operation Christmas Hands (hygiene kit collection, assembly, and distribution); Warm Hats-Warm Hearts Project (hand knitted hats by the Senior Citizens in Coffee County) -Project is headed up By Fran Barbour.
